Washington Home Inspection Licensing Requirements

Fact: Washington state home inspectors are required to obtain a general business license in order to perform home inspection services. Additionally, in order to include structural pest inspection, a home inspector is required to obtain additional licensing which requires completion of the state structural pest inspectors test. They must also carry additional financial coverage.
