Florida Home Inspection Licensing Requirements

Fact: At this time we are unable to find any requirements regarding home inspector licensing in the state of Florida. The closest the state came to passing new regulations was in 2005, but on June 22nd, 2005, Governor Jeb Bush vetoed the home inspector/mold inspector bill and described it as "ambiguous" and that it did not "establish clear educational and examination requirements".
